Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • We recommend placing a new order for the desired product(s) and returning the original item(s) for a refund. This ensures the exchange process is faster and simpler.
  • If you prefer a traditional exchange, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.
