## Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your set isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it to us.

### Condition for Returns

To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags remain attached.

  • The original packaging is included.

  • Please include your order number (found in your confirmation email) inside the package so we can identify your return.

### How to Return

To start a return, please email us at info@hemmitie.com. Our team will provide you with the specific return instructions and the full return address for our facility.

  • Return Location: All returns are processed at our dedicated facility in Lithuania.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

### Issues or Damaged Items

Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@hemmitie.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

### Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

### Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized linen sets.

### EU 30-Day Withdrawal Right

In addition to our standard policy, customers within the European Union have a statutory right to a 15-day cooling-off period; however, Hemmitie extends this to 30 days for all customers, provided the return conditions above are met.

### Receiving Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
